9/25/11 - Elmer Sherwin won 4.6 million on a megabucks slot jackpot at the Mirage on Nov 1989. Sept 2005, he won another megabucks slot jackpot of 21.1million at The Cannery Casino in N Las Vegas. He is the only person known to win the big prize twice. (Casino Player Magazine)
